Anything that says “diet” is most likely going to be bad for you. The artificial sugar they put in “diet” foods and drinks are extremely unsafe. And although you may think that you are doing yourself a favor by “cutting back” on sugar by drinking a diet drink, in reality, you are hurting your body from the chemicals in the artificial sugar. You are probably experiencing side effects that you may not realize are being caused by the fake sugars. You would be much better off drinking a regular tea every day, or better yet, 100% juices and water.

    Losing weight without starving yourself

You are. It won’t cause any harm in moderation one a day should be fine maybe even two lol. I drinks 3-4 cans of diet soda each day and been doing it for years. No health problems here.

It really isn’t good for you due to the artificial sweeteners and other non-natural things they add to it. I haven’t read the label, so I don’t know what is actually in it, but I do know that all these diet drinks with the artificial chemical sweeteners aren’t good for you. A nutritionist once told me that they can even make you hungrier due to the certain chemical in them.
Better off sticking to natural drinks, drinks made with Stevia, a natural plant based sweetener you can buy in powdered or liquid form found in health food type grocery stores. You can then add that to your own tea that you make or to a non-sweetened tea drink you buy. You can even buy your own ginseng drops too and add that, if you want.
