    Metabolism and Your Weight

There are three ways to increase your metabolism:
    1) eat healthy foods in healthy amounts
    2) exercise regularly
    3) drink plenty of water

    Good luck!

Build muscle. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. 10 lbs of lean muscle will burn 3500 calories a week which is equivalent to 1 lbof fat lost. By the way, 10 lbs of muscle is VERY small.
