Target hip and inner thigh exercises?

I’ve been working out a lot since school got out. And I’ve lost like 8-10 pounds. But still, I don’t exactly look a lot different. I really need some target hips and inner thigh exercises. I’ve tried some laying on my side, but my hip bone like stabs me. It’s sort of like i need to tone up near the back of my hips. It’s really weird, and even if I have like 2 pillows under my hip it still hurts if i lay on my side. Thanks!
