What is the best gym to join for the price?

Gold’s Gym? 24 hour fitness? YMCA?
How much do each of these cost and which ones offer best services? All i need access to is a treadmill.
I just quit smoking and now need to lose 40 pounds.

    Exercise and Weight Loss

    Can you fit a treadmill into your house/apartment? If so, why not just buy a treadmill if that is all you want a gym for? If you still want a gym, the Golds gym near me is $50/month, the Bally’s can be as low as $15 a month. I would try Bally’s for 30 days for free and try it out…..If the club is not for you, try one’s that are more expensive in the same manner…free for a week or 30 days first. Try before you buy…everybody has different tastes and needs.
