When you eat too fast, you are eating too fast to let your brain tell your body that you are full. it kind of bypasses chemical receptors or something crazy like that. That is why if you are trying to lose weight you should eat slowly, and kind of concentrate on what you are eating, as in don’t watch TV while you eat if at all possible, it always makes you eat more! I don’t know how it can go through your system that quickly just from eating too fast, though.

Eating fast isn’t going to give you diarrhea, but if you do suffer from diarrhea your body doesn’t take up as many calories or nutrients. That is why if you are sick for too long you should go to doctor to help replenish fluids. And people who eat really slow may do that to make them realize when they are full so they don’t overeat, which may be why they are thinner.
