I was wondering if anyone knew any good thigh exercises so that i can tone up my thighs, because i hate my thighs so much!!

    walking will do it…..but if u dont want to walk this is my fav u can do it in the shower if ur never really alone n dont like people to see u excersize its my personal fav :) cuz it works out ur thighs and butt at the same time put ur hands down straight and just bend ur knees down half way and keep repeating (i do atleast 100 a day) IT WORKS EXELLENT

    i have asked the same question for a long time, i finally asked my doctor and she told me to do like 50 squats a day, lunges and if i wanted to jog up and down stairs. It has really started to work but the burn starts the day after and doesn’t go away for like a week

    Well you could always just go out and buy a thigh toner. if you dont know what that is, its a thing that looks like a V. another thing you can do is go to ivillage.com- they might have some good stuff you can read about (if you go there- in the search box type in thigh toning).     Need to lose weight?

    every time you go to shower, you can lean your back on the wall and sit (on imaginary chair). increasing the time you are “sitting” everytime gradually.
    this is one of the easiest and it will spare you the time you’ll have to dedicate for exercise which is very boring.
