Losing weight without starving yourself
No machines. Stick to the core free weight/dumbell movements. Dips and bench/military press will recruit the triceps, chinups are a great exercise for the biceps/back.
Slowly increasing the weight each week on these important exercises, along with the presence of excess calories, should result in some size to your arms.

Super set- 10 curls with an EZ bar followed by 10 pulls up without a rest. Repeat until you can’t take anymore! Make sure you have a rest after the pulls ups by the way if that isn’t clear!

Machines are great for newbies, I still use a couple pulley based ones. (personal preferences) They show you (with pretty pictures!) on how to work the machine. From there, you can base your workouts off those with similar workouts with free weights. Or research them here on this website, which explains how to do them.
Don’t be working out just your arms everyday, do it every 5th day. Like if you do em Monday, do legs/abs tuesday, chest wednesday, cardio thursday, rest, repeat cycle. More is less in weight lifting.
Ensure you are doing high weight, low reps. Like 4 – 8. Eat and drink lots of protein, like 1 – 2 shakes a day. I usually have one before and post workout. The post workout one is the most important ones.
