Sorry to disappoint but there really is no &quot;location-specific&quot; diet. There are exercises that will help to &quot;lean out&quot; those areas but also look at your family. Is you body shape part of your families&#039; body build? Exercises for dancers tend to develop leanness in the leg, butt and hip areas. A great program for this is call Callanetics,. A few of my co-workers and I used to do this at work during our lunch hour. We were really amazed at how well it worked for tightening and slimming. Some of us were bathing suit ready in a couple of weeks....</description>
