Will a green tea diet and exercising help me lose weight?

I just bought a really beautiful dress and I want to fit into it by christmas. I weigh 130lbs and I am 5′7, I want to lose about 10lbs, I heard of a tea diet that has helped a 150lb womam lose 30 lbs and she has kept it off for 3 years. If I drink and eat nothing but tea and exercise 3 hours daily will I have good results?

Eat plenty of green and colorful veggies, lean meat and fish, and drink plenty of water (8 glasses a day). Green tea helps to support your metabolism and your immune system, so try to have 3 cups a day. Chamomile tea is also very supportive of your overall health. It helps to stabilize your blood sugar levels, which helps to reduce cravings for sweets.

    Depends if you call a blood dissorder a good result . Green tea is an antioxidant . It is good for cleaning the blood . It is not a diet in itself . Weightwatchers have information on the minimum diet you can eat healthily . Losing 2lb per week is the fastest safe way to lose weight . You need to make sure you do not become vitamin deficient .

    You will lose weight…for sure….
    Let me tell you more about it…
    Green tea does not burn calories directly….but it does help you lose weight. It does this because the antioxidants present within it help to increase the metabolism rate. This in turn aids weight loss..sometimes even losing pounds automatically with little exercise.

    However, if you are really serious about losing that weight…you might want to give “white tea” a try … it is 3 times more effective for weight loss than green tea. In many ways this has been proven.
    It has three times the concentration of antioxidants than green tea…so It will increase the metabolism even more. Again leading to fast weight loss.

    Fastest Way to Lose Weight

    i used to be a green tea fan but after the free trial pack i received yesterday for “white tea” i can tell you it tastes alot better then green tea and according to the answer posted by this random dude and the site itself i mean if this thing works its going to be legendary i mean it tastes great and plus its 3x more effective and there’s a whole bunch of other benefits with white tea (blood circulation, lower cholestrol, etc..)
