Keep doing what you are doing. Be persistent. If you are only doing aerobic exercises you need to do some resistance training (squats, leg press, leg extensions, leg curls). It sounds like you have the same problem my wife has. Her legs are the first place her body stores body fat. This is also the last place she loses it. If you are going to the gym religiously, you are making the right first step. Don&#039;t give up on it and make sure you are taking the time to target train legs. You will eventually see the results you are looking for.

Also, focus on a protein rich diet. There should be a trainer at your gym that can get you on track if you need it.</description>

i have skinny legs but i do walk a lot, bike riding is good also. I really never had to worry about my legs, my abs are a different story lol</description>
