What exercises do you do to get beautiful legs?
Hear2Help asked: Been goin’ to the gym for 5 months now. My legs are still flabby and seem to be very slow to slim down and become muscular. Any suggestions……

Look up leg exercises online and you’ll find a lot of different ones for toning. Add some cardio to burn fat from all over your body and you’ll be on your way.

i have skinny legs but i do walk a lot, bike riding is good also. I really never had to worry about my legs, my abs are a different story lol

Squats and dance. My wife had beautiful legs she did a lot of aerobics, but walking, dancing and doing squats provided the best results.
Lose weight fast
You could try jogging for 20 mins or so round the place you live or running, they both work really well. You could always jog on the treadmill. I used to run for 30 mins at a nearby park to get my legs into shape and it seemed to work for me.
Slim down – remove fat
Keep doing what you are doing. Be persistent. If you are only doing aerobic exercises you need to do some resistance training (squats, leg press, leg extensions, leg curls). It sounds like you have the same problem my wife has. Her legs are the first place her body stores body fat. This is also the last place she loses it. If you are going to the gym religiously, you are making the right first step. Don’t give up on it and make sure you are taking the time to target train legs. You will eventually see the results you are looking for.
Also, focus on a protein rich diet. There should be a trainer at your gym that can get you on track if you need it.
