Diet/tea?

So i ran/walked a mile (i can run a mile just my calves hurt from yesterday) so far and i drink alot of unsweetened tea with artifical sweetner in it ive had 500 calories so far through the day is the tea im drinking alright? Low on calories its regular tea with no sugar

    i drink lots of tea! not a big fan of the alt. sweetners! but tea is great in moderation if water all day gets boring!

    Water does get boring after a while…You should try Propel Water Bottle Mix…They come in all sorts of flavors and are virtually calorie free. If I’m not mistaken they are sugar free, but they taste great! They have electrolytes which help replenish the ones you lost through sweat.

    You’re supposed to drink water during exercise, and then something with electrolytes after exercising.

    I use to drink diet drinks but noticed that I would crave sweets really really bad So I gave up diet anything and drink nothing but water and for water retention I squeeze a fresh lemon in it and stevia (herb sweetner) and drink I love it. stevia is very concentrated and so use very little to taste. green tea or white tea is good for you.

    As long as it’s not the only beverage. You need to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. I like my tea with no sweetener, but artificial sweeteners are fine when dieting. Are you sayihng you’ve eaten only 500 calories for the day, or 500 calories in tea with sweetener? If you’ve eaten 500 calories today, you need to eat more. That is unhealthy! Lecture time, lol: that can make you very sick. You need to eat at least 1500 calories a day for weight loss and take it off slowly.
