I’m concerned about my health. I’m very unhealthy and overweight. Its not so much what my body looks like, but more of how I feel and how my health is?and if I’m going to keep myself from getting it, I need to lose weight.

    Okay, as much as I would love for there to be a quick way to lose weight, but there isn’t.

    Everything Alina said is what you basically have to do. If you’re that determined to lose weight and work hard on it, then it’s possible to lose 7 pounds every 4 days.

    Oh, and don’t listen to Tim.

    Exercise and Weight Loss

    There is no such thing as fast weight lose. If there was everyone would be doing it and there wouldn’t be an obesity epidemic. Plus people wouldn’t be so gullible and fall for all those silly diets out there.
    Weight lose is a slow gradual process and it takes motivation and effort. Some people start and can’t finish.
    If you want go get healthy start drinking PLENTY of water. About half the size of your weight in ounces. You should do about an hour good exercise (I would try interval training. You burn more fat that way. Get an exercise DVD that has cardio, aerobics, and weight training) three times a week making sure you put a day of rest in between. Try to do a small twenty minute work out a day such as walking for twenty minutes.

    hahahahaha. ok good question. one problem. you lose weight by cutting the amount of food you eat. works very well. one problem you get skinny but your skin will hang a bit loose. not so much you notice but when you sit down you will notice a bit of excess skin. if you want to drop weight and keep your skin tight you have to work out. you might not drop very much weight but you will look skinnier.

    Hey I really want to be healthy also, and its hard for me. it don’t think its going to be easy. Remember, how much you weigh doesn’t really matter. Its how much fat you have in your body. Drink 12 cups of water a day and make sure to not starve yourself. Starving yourself makes your metabolism for burning fat slower. Eat healthy every three hours. Avoid saturated fats and all that sugar. And seriously you are going to have to drink water…

    Whatever you do, don’t fall for any ”miracle” diets.
    The truth is it takes time and patience to lose weight and exercise is, in my opinion the best way to do it (dieting never works because you’re putting to much pressure on yourself and you eventually end up bingeing).
    So sign up for a class, anything you would be interested in (aquatic activities are always fun to start with if you are not used to sports as they do not put as much of a strain on your body and muscle structure).
    Another alternative, if joining a class does not fit into your schedual or budget, is walking or taking your bike to work everyday. If you stick with this, it will become routine and actually pretty easy (I speak from experience). You will start to see results guaranteed!

    ok i am gonna help you. Please listen to me as much as you think this sounds stupid. First of all you cannot lose weight fast and do it healthy, weight loss is a slow progress. If you listen and follow what im about to tell you i rekon you will lose the weight you want and be happy with yourself in the next 3 months! I was desperate to lose weight but i had no self control when it came to food and was always saying yeh i will start excercising but never ended up happening! Then i was watching TV one day and this show came on called “i can make you thin” and there was this guy talking about his world famous 4 step method and it is the easiest method ever! First of all when people say they have a fast or slow metabolism, they are not born like that! No one is! Its the way you eat your food and when you eat it and how you eat it that either bring your metabolism up or bring it down. At the moment your metabolism is obviously not fast like you would like it to be but you can change it in the next couple of weeks! I’ll stop blabbering on and tell you the 4 steps you are going to think about over the next three months, Step 1: Eat what you want! yes, if you feel like pizza, eat pizza! If you want chocolate, have chocolate! From now on you are going to eat what you want and not what you think you should eat. Step 2: Eat when your hungry! only eat when your hungry, not when your bored or are offered something. Step 3: Eat consciously! Ok this is a important step, when you eat something whether it be a bowl of cheese and macaroni, what i want you do is eat it as slowly as you can, once you take a mouthfull, put the fork down, chew it slowly and really taste the food! When you want some more, go ahead have some more but again have a mouthful, put the fork down and chew slowly, continue this method. Step 4: Stop when your full stop! If you dont know whether you are full or not, close your eyes and really listen to your body. You will find if you eat slowly and actually listen to your body when it is full, you will leave more on your plate than you normally would! Sometimes you may get full quick thats alright you know to stop! And if your hungry 10 mins later then start the process again…..Its that easy! Why you get to eat what you want is because if you eat something you think is good for you but you don’t really feel like it then your body will not be satisfied. Why eat slowly? Because when normally people will have a meal and shove the food down thier throat and eat quickly, you may not notice but they really do! Which dosnt let the body realise it is full so that is what over eating is caused by. Your probably thinking i am a frigen idiot haha and this will never work! Believe me, i was thinking exactly the same thing but like i everything i say wateva ill give it a try, gives me an excuse to pig out on what i want lol and i followed the steps properly everyday for over a couple of weeks and you should’ve seen the look on my face when the weight started dropping! I was like omg why dosnt this guy get this method out to the rest of the world! Just try it please you will thank me some day. You really have to do it properly but otherwise you will have no one to blame but yourself if it dosnt work! Rememeber the first 1-2 weeks you may not see results but everyone is blind to this, 80 percent of weight loss programs do not show results that quick! Don’t even weight yourself ok, once you start this i want you to weight yourself in two moths time and tell me how it went! You wont be dissappointed! So remember.
