how can i slim down my legs and fast?

my legs are muscular but theres still some fat on it. But the fat is slow like taking over places i dont want it to be. I am one of the bigger people in my class but i wanna be normil how do u get that and fast. I horseback ride and play lots of soccer and i just want my legs to be a little smaller. Someone please help me.

    You can’t really spot train certain areas of your body. If you want to have the fat on your legs go away then you have to reduce your total body fat. Even if you do that there’s no way to ensure that the fat you lose will come off your legs. I say just eat healthy and do some vigourous cardio (such as running or rowing) 3-4 times a week. If the workout isn’t hard to do you aren’t going fast enough.

    You would have to lose some weight overall in order to reduce your legs. You can’t just target one area for reduction. Anyone who tells you that is lying. However, you can make your legs more shapely by riding a bike (stationary bike would do,) by power walking or doing repetition of squats.
