How do I slim up my thighs without using a diet?

Recently I lost 25lbs and I’m really happy with that but when I took some measurements it kinda burst my bubble. My waist measures 20in but my thigh measures 19.5in. I already weigh a healthy amount so I don’t really want to lose more. So basically I need suggestions for how to slim my thighs, but I don’t have much time for exercise really. Any suggestions would be a ton of help though.

    Sorry but without diet and cardio u wont lose any fat. You say that u dont wanna lose more, but slimming up ur thighs would be losing weight.

    diet is the KEY to fat loss, cardio also helps

    But working out ur legs, ( leg lifts, any leg exercise ) wont make them smaller, if anything the added muscle may make them bigger. But u cant target fat loss. Diet and cardio are what u need.

    Loosing weight in thighs needs dedicated workout. It is not good to lower your diet but it is good to eat in limits. You must do sit-ups and more over running in the morning. This will help you to loose weight to much extent. You can find more info on this website.
