Free Weight Loss eBook!

The obvious way to burn fat is to eat less and workout more often, the problems arise when we actually aim to put that into operation! There are loads of opportunities to fail in the big wide world don't you think?! The one diet which really delivered for me is wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials remaining, it was reported in Reader's Digest and USA Today. I worked off twenty five pounds, it really does produce success!

Lose weight now - Stay slim forever

like Josh said fat is an insulator and seeing as fat doesn't do to much it just sits there and burns a lousy 2 calories a day per pound while muscle burns 60 calories a day per pound. The more muscle you have the more your body works for you in terms of maintaining and losing body fat
