    Dont eat junk. Eat fresh healthy foods. Drink water. Eat small meals every 2,3 hours.

    Exercise.

    One week is not a reasonable target time. You need to give yourself a fighting chance.

    You cannot spot reduce when it comes to weight loss. Watch your calorie intake and do some cardio. Focus on your thighs and legs with jogging, cycling, squats etc.

    If you are really desperate go to a salon and do a shrink wrap. But all may be lost when you have a drink of water.

    The longer it takes to make a difference to your shape, the longer that difference will stay.
