Want to lose weight?

loosing weight is not that painful, you feel it hard to maintain because you still have some misconceptions that your body said "no" to it.
trying something natural and scientific, your body would love it and your weight will be reduced accordingly

Lose weight now - Stay slim forever

It's all depend on which weight loss program that you incorporate in order to achieve your ideal weight. A healthy weight loss program is one which does not make you lose weight in such a manner that your health is spoiled. Starvation is not a worthy way to lose weight because most people will fail to abide to the program rules after a certain period.
Many such programs and diet plans go overboard in their attempt to make people lose fat rapidly. Fad diets or starvation diets are a definite no-no. There are so many harmful effects of starving yourself and not eating properly. And many times you would not lose body fat with such fad diets, instead you will lose water weight. Similarly - low carb diets, low protein diets etc. that make you eat only a certain kind of food and not others are also not a very good method of weight loss.
Previously I have joint a weight loss program and I manage to achieve an average weight loss of 7 lbs in every 10 days. Although the weight loss seems not substantial but the thing is that I’m able to sustain my ideal weight since 5 years ago. Best of all i don't need to starve myself to death.

I'm being serious with this answer.

When you are in jail it is really easy.

Losing weight without starving yourself

It usually takes two to three weeks for any new program to become a habit. So you're still feeling the strain of dieting, and without results, it can be frustrating. How long it takes to see results depends a lot on what you are doing and your body type. Safe weight loss is only about 2 pounds a week. At least for me, it typically takes about 5-8 pounds of loss before I really notice it. For some people, it's less. You should really just focus on what you have achieved and be proud you are starting something that will change your life for the long term! You don't mention what diet you are on. I hope that it is healthy...one that emphasizes portion control and doesn't focus on deprivation. It also helps to have motivation. I have joined a blogging group where we discuss our weight loss journeys. In fact, here is a post I recently wrote on getting the most out of your weight loss plan. I hope this helps you!

Lose weight, Lose Fat

To answer your question, it helps to consider your appetite from an evolutionary point of view, when your body sense that it's not being fed as much as it's used to, it's really going to throw a fit, so that you'll be motivated to go out and find more food.

But, let's be honest, it can be really hard to concentrate on anything productive when you're hungry, so, to help you regain your focus (which increases your chances for survival) your body will eventually accept that it's not going to be fed soon and your appetite will easy off. This explanation is a little oversimplified, but hopefully, you get the point.

I'd guess that it'll take two weeks, at most.

It gets easier when you are properly motivated.
