What are the best ways to get slimmer legs?

Right now i really dont like how my legs look like. Are their any good ways/excercises that can slim it down?
Currentley all i do in terms of excercise is jump rope, biking and that cardio thing where you go slow and then fast (haha… high intensity training?)

    I’m an avid Cross Country runner so I’m biased- I’d say the perfect workout for you is 3 5k runs a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and the time it takes you to complete the 5k should be around 25 minutes it you’re just starting!

    How to Lose Weight

    Basically any type of walking you do helps strengthen the muscles in your legs. Also, make you to wear good comfortable walking shoes when you’re out to exercise. And try not to stay still a lot. At any time you can go around town with out a car, why not walk instead? And lastly, try to avoid crossing your legs. It’s said to have your legs grow with out you knowing it!
