    Any type of cardio that involves the legs are (but not limited to): Running, walking, swimming, biking, cycling, stair-climbing, basketball, rock climbing, the elliptical etc…

    Strength exercises that involve the thighs are (but again, not limited to): dip squats, regular squats, squat holds, jump squats, alternating lunges, reverse lunges, jump lunges, alternating lunges with knee highs, leg lifts, jumping jacks, jump rope, etc…and countless exercise machines found at your local gym…..

    best is lunges and squats, there are many variations of them,just look them up on youtube.. Also plyometrics id good, this is bassicly jump training, you can find form of that of self. com the self magazine web page. But, definetly do squts and lunges, and much as you can, you can definetly tighten your thigh with best with those two workouts.if you have a gym membership do the leg extension and the leg press, try to add a bit heavier weight to them, not so heavy to fell a burn yourself, but havy enough so after the 6 or 7 tme it starts to hurt. Do an entire five minutes of squats an an entire five of lunges, depending on how athletically fit you are hold 3 to 5 pound dembells while doing them.

    ALSO ( YOU MAY’ GET SOAR IF YOU ARE NOT USED TO THEM BUT SOON IT WILL GO AWAY, MAYBE DO EVEN EVERY OTHER DAY IF THERE IS NO RUSH)

    FYI – search squats and lunges on youtube, to make sure you are doing it in proper form.
