Is there a diet that will help in loosing weight in your butt and thighs fast?

I am trying the south beach diet right now- and i have lost alot of weight in my stomach- i am already pear shaped and so i always had a slimmer stomach- really i care to loose in my butt, hips and thighs… is there a diet that can help this? and i am looking to loose fast.

    Unfortunately, no diet will help you target that area. Best to stick to healthy nutritious foods, fruits and veggies, good carbs, stay away from red meat and fats.

    Exercises that target that area are best, such as squats. Try an eliptical at the very least, but you will have work hard to lose weight in that area fast. It is one of the most troublesome areas on women (I assume you are a woman anyway, you didn’t say).
