Girlfriend wants to slim down?

Could you suggest a health plan that would work for my girlfriend. She eats without a balance and usually eats a lot before she goes to sleep. I need a plan which she could try to maintain.

She already going to the gym, but the gym without the right food could slow the process. I don´t know a lot about food to slim down and dancing and running works perfectly for me. She has asma so I´ll go with the food plan.

Any tips or daily healthplan or free site?

    Lose weight, Lose Fat

    Eat three meals a day (or more). Don’t eat before bed. (never) Cut down on sugars and eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Exercise.

    Want to lose weight?

    Wake up, eat a good breakfast and take a daily vitamin. Getting your daily vitamin intake early will curb your appetite for the rest of the day because food cravings are generally vitamin deficiencies. Eggs, Apples and Bananas are some lite and fulfilling foods. (Apples and Bananas are good for anytime snacks as well)

    Reduce your portions on lunch and dinner (you may be surprised at how little you need compared to how much you used to eat.) Personally, I skip lunch all together because I’m just not hungry.

    Don’t eat four to six hours before sleep. Excess daily calories are converted into fat during the night.

    No sweets, water or diet soda, no junk fast foods.
