<a href="http://Lose-11-Pounds.com/FreeBook.php?pg=9">Losing weight without starving yourself</a>

I have no idea but ask my don't go on any diet if u think you heavy cut down how much u eat i used to be 145 pounds and in 2 month i lost my weight i became 105 losing 40 pounds i lost muscle with it but i lost my fat belly with out any sagging skin or extra skin;
How i done this.
I used to eat two -3 plates away in like 5 mins i cut to one plate and ate slower taking 20 mins which goes by talking to family and dinner table or watching tv and eat slowly the brain will tell u when u are full

Also i only ate when my belly was growling for food

I tended to put my hand on my bell which now is found out to help u burn some fat too

Hope this works for u
Ps. I did not work out at all but u should i lost very little muscels i had.

I don't know, but it sounds like a questionable scheme to me.
