Take 4 deep breaths before, and u must do 15 minutes of stretching before and after  any exercise to warm up your muscles for more strenuous activities.</description>

Of course physical fitness plays a role. If you don&#039;t have the time to hit the gym or whatever, try to change your daily routine a little. The usual things; use the stairs instead of the lift, try to walk instead of taking the car, get off the bus a stop earlier. Try to go out for a daily walk in the evening after work or school, for at least half an hour.

This won&#039;t drastically improve your fitness, but it&#039;ll help a little.</description>

I&#039;m by no means an expert on the subject, but I do believe diet and physical activity has a great deal to do with how you feel.

If you eat junk food all the time and you don&#039;t move around alot, of course you will feel stressed and rushed when its time to do homework or exams.

So eat better, run or do a physical activity at least twice per week for 1 to 2 hours and try to do your work not at the last minute.</description>
