How can you become “faster” if you’re kind of “slow”?

Terpee asked:

Like..how can you complete tasks faster without feeling stressed/rushed or tired? Does physical fitness play a role in how fast you can get ready or how fast you can walk without feeling like you need to rest after?
Because I’m slim but not very fit :( how can I improve this when I don’t really have the time or drive to “strength train”? Help!

    Free Lose Weight Ebook

I’m by no means an expert on the subject, but I do believe diet and physical activity has a great deal to do with how you feel.

If you eat junk food all the time and you don’t move around alot, of course you will feel stressed and rushed when its time to do homework or exams.

So eat better, run or do a physical activity at least twice per week for 1 to 2 hours and try to do your work not at the last minute.

    Need to lose weight?

Of course physical fitness plays a role. If you don’t have the time to hit the gym or whatever, try to change your daily routine a little. The usual things; use the stairs instead of the lift, try to walk instead of taking the car, get off the bus a stop earlier. Try to go out for a daily walk in the evening after work or school, for at least half an hour.

This won’t drastically improve your fitness, but it’ll help a little.
