    Want to lose weight?

    I must say this question makes me laugh because i am 16 and was probably thinking the same thing that you are now when i was 14! I was about 5-8, 142 pounds… skinny torsoe and verrry built thighs. But this summer, i slimmed down! I do lots and squats and lunges each day, in addition to playing tennis or volleyball for my school! i would suggest running, because cardiovascular is the best way to burn fat while not building muscle. however, squats and lunges are good because they give you muscle tone. it worked for me, i am now 5-9, 125 lbs.
