    Fastest Way to Lose Weight

    There’s nothing you can do about the height issue, but as for gaining muscle….

    Increase your protein intake, and start lifting weights, with a little cardio mixed in. High weight and low reps are the key to gaining muscle mass. Do your core lifts, (squat, deadlift, bench, power clean), but don’t forget the other lifts (good mornings, bicep curls, tricep excercises, etc.) for a balanced body. Running is also good, but keep the cardio to a minimum until you get to the size you want.
