I would try running if you haven&#039;t tried it yet.  I started running a few years ago and couldn&#039;t believe how much faster I lost weight!  Even if you just start at 20 mins a day at a slow pace.  You will speed up your metabolism if you do this.  And cut down on bread products, fill up on big salads with some added chicken or something to fill you up.  I also took a natural supplement that has fucoxanthin in it (brown seaweed) which sped up my metabolism.  It also has 4 other ingredients that really helped me.  the only ones I remember at the moment is 7 keto and guggul.  They both speed up metabolism.
So start pounding the pavement :)
