Which is better for you, diet citrus green tea or mountain dew?

kt2184 asked:

I know the diet green tea has fake sugar, but dew has got sugar…, I love dew, but switched to the tea, doesn’t have enough caffeine. I just wanted something that was better for my health, but is the tea really better than the dew???
but is aspartame bad for you, that is what is in the diet green tea, so wouldnt the mountain dew be better. i just need energy i work 6 10 hours shifts.

Did you tasted that diet green tea ? MD is the best. Buy real Japanese Green tea. Better yet, try brewing Jasmine tea with a personal size Lipton Tea bag for color. Now, that is a strong nice colour tea

YES! Tea, especially green tea, is sooo much better for your health. That’s why Asian women live such long, healthy lives. Try something:

Go two weeks without having ANY caffeine. I guarantee you will sleep better, be more productive through the day, think clearer, have a healthier looking smile, and feel healthier overall. Not to sound like a health-nut or something, but caffeine really does act like a toxin to your body. It throws your system so out of whack! I had someone suggest this to me back in middle school, so I just tried it to see if they were right. I felt so much better, I decided to stick to it, and I’m 22 now! I’m to the point where my body rejects caffeine, and if I have even a sip of a cola or highly-caffeinated drink I can feel it corroding at my teeth. If I feel like having a soda occasionally, I only drink a clear, de-caffeinated one such as Sprite. Mostly though, I just drink lots of ice water, which also helps people control their appetite and weight, if that’s something you’re looking to do.

Let me know if you take the little challenge, and how you do!
