How much excercise does it take to use all the protein, so i dont gain weight (fat), in Whey protein shakes?

laxguy5566 asked:

Every other day I take a GNC 100% Whey protein shake with 150 calories and 20g of protein. On those days I will lift weights for about an hour to a hour and a 1/2 and run. Is that enough excercise to use up all the protein so I dont store it into fat? If not what else should I take to keep from adding fat?

dude the protein won’t turn to fat. only carbs turn into fat. and GNC whey protein have a very low level of carbs. if anything you need to consume more protein to build muscle. if you are worried about taking on fat then go for a run in the morning. but make sure the night before you have a high protein/low carb meal so you burn a higher percentage of fat. after your run go for gold in the carbs.
