You are a 12-year old. At that age you have lots of energy and high metabolism......so you need all kinds of food; meats and eggs, veggies and fruits, sweets and milk products, to really give your growing body all the energy, proteins, carbs, fats, minerals, and vitamins.

And you&#039;re skinny! It&#039;s easier for a skinny person to gain muscle and weight, than it is for an obese person to lose their fat.

So enjoy yourself while you still can....eat normally and play sports. Don&#039;t worry about muscles, proteins and fats. All that should be left for the day you turn 30!</description>

Anything with lots of protein is good.. meats and peanut butter and things like that.  They make protein shakes too but blegh...

Be sure you work out too.  That protein will go to waste unless you work on those muscles.  Muscles weigh more than fat too, so you&#039;ll actually be better off with muscle weight rather than fat weight.</description>
